Our approach


High-quality servicing is an essential feature of a good cycle store. Advanced technology is nothing if a bike has not been assembled and serviced properly. With this in mind, our goal is to offer the best servicing possible. We therefore always invest in the highest-quality equipment, in developing our knowledge and skills, and in the way we organize our work, which results in first-class servicing. Booking system


  • The booking system allows online reservation.
  • The booking can be canceled or the date changed.
  • The booking form is for one bike only.
  • The bike for servicing must be delivered one day before the booking date but not later than 12:00 on the booking date.
  • In general, the bike is available for pick up on the following business day.
  • The bike for servicing must be picked up within 48 hours from when it is ready.
  • We’ll inform you of the estimated price upon handing over the bike to our mechanic.
  • Service price list.
  • Before/after the service, we can pick up your bike/drop it.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a bike for warranty/standard service.



Pre-sales servicing


Starting off with a new bike means much more than simply unpacking it after purchase. Each new cycle is ready for full and immediate use. First of all, the bike is almost completely disassembled apart and put together, and then adjusted, depending on the individual components—we can’t rely on the factory assembly and adjustment. The bike then goes through a test run and another quality control check. One mechanic takes care of each bike, and then you can take your cycle away with peace of mind. Although we give your bike lots of care and attention at the pre-sales service stage, you should never underestimate the importance of a warranty service!



Warranty service


The warranty service is the first service (recommended after 10-15 hours of cycling) after you start using a new bike, and is obligatory and free*. It is free* for bikes purchased at Cyklo 69, only.

*we charge a fee for any work not included in the warranty service



Standard service


The standard service includes a charge for routine maintenance or emergency repairs to your bike (parts), i.e. everything not included in the warranty service.



Servicing of forks and shock absorbers


This service is available Rock Shox, Fox, Marzocchi, Manitou and other brands. It includes everything from regular cleaning and lubrication, replacement of joints and oiling shock absorbers through general repairs. We carry out this work either at our workshop or, for larger jobs, at the distributor.



Production of wheelsets and centering


Wheelsets are one of the most important parts of your bike. You can choose from many types of hubs, rims, spokes and nipples, and they can be combined in even more ways. We start with the right choice and ensure the exact combination. Then, we continue by choosing the exact spoke length, the procedure when building the wheelset, centering, and checking the spoke tension, using a tension meter.
